Just did day 2 of Level 3 of Jillian’s 30 Day Shred + level 1 of Ripped in 30 sesh…gonna hit the gym for a strong 30 min-1 hour cardio tonight to finish the routine. So sore!! But seeing results….I love knowing that I can push myself and my body is getting stronger and gaining endurance!! I think I have to do level 1 of Ripped for 2 weeks instead of 1…because Jillian still kicks my butt in that. Haha. Off to eat breakfast (:

oh yeah. made challah this weekend. going to do this for thanksgiving. (:
when you’re craving that sweet/salty flavor! my version: sweet roasted corn…with a TWIST
1/3 c steamed sweet corn
with:
a teeensy bit (couple drops) of olive oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
few drops of lemon juice
roast in a pan for a few minutes and enjoy! (:
total calories: 60
